K & C Collectables (ABN 77 637 736 693) is an Australian-owned online retailer registered for GST. References to we, us, and our in these Terms mean K & C Collectables.

3. Orders and pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your full card details.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and refunds
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. See our Returns Policy for full details.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Our range includes trading cards, collectables, jewellery, home decor, toys, drinkware, and apparel.

9. Limitation of liability
